How do I report a user or a listing?

If a buyer or supplier is behaving badly — spam, fraud, abuse, or a fake listing — report them from their profile. Reports go straight to our Trust & Safety team and are reviewed separately from support tickets.

If you would rather talk it through with a person, raise a support ticket instead and choose the "Report a user or listing" category.
